Penang Waterfront City is Wiki Property's name for the towers on the Gelugor seafront beside the Penang Bridge: Keeperz Suites and The Lighthauz by EXSIM, and the new 52-storey Phase 2 tower next to them. It is not an official township name.

Yes. S15 Penang Waterfront on the Mutiara Line is at the foot of the Phase 2 tower. The line is under construction and targeted to open by the end of 2031; from S15 it is 5 stops to KOMTAR and 12 to the airport.
